Laptop Still Fails After Two Trips to CircuitCity Advantage
This laptop has a hardware problem. It fails to start up, abruptly powering off or occasionally entering hibernate mode. The problem is easily reproduced...simply by turning it on or wiggling the power cord. It was sent for repairs twice, each time "passing all diagnostics."
