Please help! Toshiba Tecra 8200 wont boot. I press the button and the green light goes off then comes back. Sometimes the power button flashes amber continuously. I looked everywhere to find a solution. I have no battery for the laptop. and the power was purchased on ebay. I do not know if the problem is the cable or not. Somebody help me!
